Residenziale Blu is a brand new complex of 8 terraced houses. They are located 400 meters from the famous sandy beaches of Marina di Pescoluse, close to the Lido “Maldive del Salento” beach club. The ground floor is made of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The upper floor consists of a spacious kitchen with a sofa bed and a second bathroom. Guests can enter through a small balcony. The private garden is equipped with a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.
